    At Victory Sports UK it is our priority to ensure that your items meet your requirements and match your expectations. If for any reason this is not the case we will be more than happy to exchange it for something more suitable or offer a full refund for the product. We regret that we are not able to refund any postage costs incurred. 

    Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of sale. 
    Furthermore, a majority of our items that we stock have a number of stickers on the visor - we cannot accept the return of any cap which has had these stickers removed, as it is then deemed in a used condition and the same applies to any other attached tags or labels on any products. 

    Returned items must also be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please ensure that the cap(s) is repacked in the original shipping box (or of the equivalent quality), waterproof, and ship to the store address. We regret that we are unable to accept any returns of goods which have been damaged during transit back to us if suitable return packaging was not used. Any damaged products will be destroyed and any monies lost.

    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

    The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

    If you have received a faulty or incorrect cap, please notify us as soon as possible as damage notifications are only valid if brought to our attention within 72 hours of receiving the delivery and we will advise you on what to do next. We will also cover any extra costs incurred in the process of returning the faulty item. Please also note we will only refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. 

    Please allow 7 working days for any refunds to be processed (subject to payment option used at time of purchase).
