How do I place an order?
The availability of every item on website is shown on the individual product pages. Everything is in stock and available to buy online unless shown otherwise. Simply browse our site and select the item you wish to buy. Select the size that you require and add to cart. You will be notified that the required item has been added to the basket. You can then click the basket to review your order and proceed to the checkout. The quantity of the item you require can be changed on the Basket page.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes, we do have a store. It is situated on the South Coast of England. The address is Victory Sports UK, Unit 44 Cascades Shopping Centre, Kingswell Path, Commercial Road, Portsmouth, PO1 4RR.
Cascades Shopping Centre is easy to find by car from the M3, the A3M and the A27, all of which join the M27 which links to the M275 which will lead you straight into Portsmouth. Follow the signs to the city centre and Cascades is on the left. The best postcode to use for your Sat Nav to find us is PO1 4RS. Parking is available in the Multi-storey Car Park. The car park opens 15 minutes prior to the centre opening and closes 15 minutes after the shops close. If you park in the Multi-Storey car park and visit our store - speak to member of the team in store who will be able to issue you with a FREE 30 minutes parking voucher! (Only valid in Multi-Storey car park)
The station for Portsmouth city centre is Portsmouth & Southsea. The shopping centre is about a five minute walk from the station. When you leave the station, turn right and the centre is on the left in the main pedestrian area.
PARK & RIDE:
Portsmouth has its very own Park & Ride, making it easier and cheaper for you to visit the city centre. As you join the M275 from the M27 and come into the city, you will see the Park & Ride on the left. The bus takes 7 minutes to get to the city centre and will cost you just £3 for your days parking.
Ferry travel into Portsmouth Harbour is easy from Gosport, Hayling Island and the Isle of Wight. Portsmouth Harbour is just a short ten minute walk from the city centre, or alternatively a short bus or train link will get you into the city centre.
Will you be getting any more in?
Unfortunately with the majority of the items we stock, they are limited releases and we are not always able to re-stock. We always recommend buying something as soon as you see it and before we sell out. We occasionally try to restock our most popular items but cannot always make that happen. Contact us and we’ll double check whether we have the requested item. We can certainly make a note to notify you if and when the item is restocked. We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. Please keep checking the site to see if the item you are looking for comes back into stock.
What methods of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed using Paypal the following major Credit Cards are accepted.
Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, American Express, VISA Electron, SOLO, PayPal.
When will I get my item?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day of purchase Monday to Friday.
For same day dispatch or next day delivery all orders must be placed before 3PM (GMT) Monday-Thursday. We do not offer a Next Day Service over the weekend.

Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately, we do not have a catalogue; all our available products are displayed on our website and in store.
Can I reserve an item and collect in store?
Yes just let us know what item(s) you'd like to reserve via email or over the phone and when you will be in to collect and we will put them by for you. Please note if items are not collected within 72 hours we have the right to cancel the reservation.
Do you do Gift Vouchers?
Yes, are gift vouchers are available to purchase. Please note these purchased online can only currently be used online and not in store. For more details regarding this please get in touch.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact our store to cancel or make changes to your order prior to shipping or as soon as possible. However, once you have received shipping confirmation your order can not be cancelled.
